Funded by The Rockefeller Foundation and Ford Motor Company (Ford Fund), BANGKOK 1899 is an international arts organisation based in Los Angeles and Bangkok, intersecting art, design, urbanism and social innovation.
The concept of Venn diagram co-ordinate with the 3 content pillars (Activity, People and Place) and the 3 themes (Economic, Social and Environment and Social). This forming the logotype as evident in the intersection of “99” in 1899, the year which the building was founded. It is the former home Thailand’s father of modern education, Chao Phraya Thammasakmontri.
